Jinger Duggar Baby Buzz Continues As Jeremy Vuolo Talks Pregnancy

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo will soon celebrate one year of marriage, and fans are shocked that the couple still has not made a pregnancy announcement. However, Jeremy Vuolo did have babies on the brain during one of his recent sermons, and some of Jinger’s social media followers refuse to give up hope that she’ll soon share some baby news with them.

Jinger Duggar’s most recent Instagram post had nothing to do with pregnancy, but this didn’t stop fans from responding to the video promoting a charity with comments about her baby plans.

“I’m kind of excited to see what your babies will look like. I just LOVE all those babies!!!” wrote one fan.

“Thought you were pregnant,” another remarked.

Longtime followers of the Duggar family have become accustomed to Jim Bob and Michelle’s daughters getting pregnant within their first year of marriage, but Jinger and Jeremy have continued to defy expectations by remaining child-free. As reported by Romper, some fans believe that the Counting On stars may be using some form of birth control to prevent pregnancy. Jeremy has said that he and his wife do eventually plan on starting a family, but it could be as long as five years before they make the decision to do so.

There’s also been some speculation that Jinger Duggar may be struggling with fertility issues, but it’s unlikely that her husband would be joking about pregnancy if this were the case. On Sunday, the Texas pastor preached about labor pains during a sermon titled “The Anguish of Paul.” He compared the agony of childbirth to some tummy troubles he experienced during a mission trip to the Philippines.

“I know some of you women who are mothers will scoff at me, but when I think of these words, I remember a time when I was sick in the Philippines,” Jeremy said.

According to the Counting On star, his group had to make a 36-hour trip north when it came time to depart the country. Their journey included a long drive down tiny winding roads and an 8-hour freight ride across the harbor. The Duggar husband said that it was “not a fun journey to do if you’re not feeling well.” Unfortunately for Jeremy, he woke up with a “churning” in his stomach the morning his group set off on this trip.

“About three or four hours later, I had this agony in my stomach that felt like it was twisting and a pain that I’d never felt before, which I’m positive was greater than labor pains,” he continued.

Jeremy said that the pain was so terrible and consistent that he was crying and begging God to give him just a five-minute break from his anguish. He believes that the pain finally went away through the prayers “of the saints.” Some members of Vuolo’s congregation laughed when he compared his stomach ailment to labor pains, but Jinger Duggar knows that labor pains are no joke. She’s witnessed the births of a few of her nieces and nephews, and she’s told the Counting On cameras that she doesn’t really enjoy the experience.

“Births aren’t my thing,” she said during Henry Seewald’s birth episode.

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo’s wedding anniversary is tomorrow, so they have limited time to make a pregnancy announcement before they enter their second year of marriage.
