Blake Shelton Reveals A Pickup Just Crashed Through His Lake House
This morning, Blake Shelton appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan and performed his new song “I’ll Name the Dogs.” While talking to Kelly and Ryan, Blake revealed something that had just happened to him. KXII shared the details with fans. It turns out that the coach of The Voice is lucky that he was in New York and not at his lake house in Oklahoma.
Blake shared that he isn’t a museum guy, and after being in New York for a while, he needs to see some grass. He was talking about his new album, which is named Texoma Shore after his lake house at Lake Texoma. Blake owns a house on the lake and is always posting pictures of himself and Gwen Stefani there. He shared that he wrote a lot of the songs for this album while he was at this lake house. He has a studio at the lake house.
It turns out that while Blake Shelton was in New York City doing press, there was a wreck at his lake house. He shared that someone actually ran into his lake house with their truck. Luckily, Blake wasn’t there when it happened. He shared that he had just got a phone call about it and, luckily, he has insurance. He said there is a truck sticking out of the front of the house. Fans would love to see a picture, but Blake didn’t share one on the show. Hopefully, he will share it on social media later.
Blake Shelton then teased that he has to sell a lot of albums. Kelly Clarkson’s husband is his manager, and he is working with her this season on The Voice. She is actually joining next season as a coach herself. After Blake’s performance, Ryan and Kelly came over and talked to him, saying that they feel like he will be able to fix his lake house pretty quick with songs like the one he just performed.
