Andy Dick Denies Sexual Harassment Allegations In Interview, Says He ‘Considers Suicide Every Day’

Comedian Andy Dick angrily denied the allegations of sexual harassment made against him in a recent interview, with TMZ describing his behavior as “off the rails” and suggesting that he might have been drunk as he spoke to one of the publication’s photographers.

Speaking to TMZ on Thursday night, Dick, 51, first commented on the recent wave of sexual harassment accusations made against some of the biggest, most powerful names in Hollywood, including producer Harvey Weinstein, director Brett Ratner, and actors Dustin Hoffman and Kevin Spacey. He said that while he can’t speak for any of the embattled celebrities in question, he added that he would “get their back” and that they were “probably like [him] and just trying to get a date” when they committed the alleged misconduct.

Asked by the photographer if he feels guilty, Andy Dick refuted the claims that he had sexually harassed a number of unnamed individuals, as recent reports had suggested. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Dick was fired from the independent film Raising Buchanan due to these allegations, which suggest that he had sexually propositioned, kissed, and licked production team members against their will and tried to grope their genitals.

When TMZ’s reporter/photographer again brought up Andy Dick’s recent sexual harassment allegations and asked if he’s willing to take a polygraph test, the actor became confrontational. Still maintaining his innocence, Dick called the photographer a “dumb-a**,” then threatened to lick her face and grope her if she didn’t stop asking him about his purported actions.

“I licked Carrie Fisher’s face. She loved it. Now she’s dead. I’ll lick your face and you’ll be dead,” said Dick. “I’ll grope you if you don’t stop.”

Talking about how he feels amid the controversy surrounding him, Dick told TMZ that he hasn’t been taking things too well. He admitted that he’s “considering suicide every day,” before profanely rebuffing the reporter when she said she’s sorry to hear about his situation.

The new TMZ interview isn’t the first time Andy Dick has denied the sexual harassment claims recently made by his coworkers. The Hollywood Reporter noted that Dick denied the allegations of groping but admitted that he might have licked people or made unwarranted advances to them. Moreover, Dick added that he’s “aware” of his reputation brought about by his penchant for offensive behavior and controversial comedy routines, telling the publication on Monday that his “middle name is ‘misconduct,'” and his accusers should “know what they signed up for.”
