Wrong John Grissom Gets Hate On Facebook After Actor Jon Grissom Named By Corey Feldman As Alleged Abuser

Corey Feldman gave an explosive interview to Dr. Oz, with Feldman naming Jon Grissom as one of his alleged abusers, as reported by the Inquisitr. However, some social media sleuths have found the wrong “John Grissom,” forcing one man who shares a name with Grissom (and only spells the first name differently) to take to Facebook and distance himself from the melee. The wrong Grissom has reported receiving hateful comments on Facebook to the point where he published a message to all his Facebook friends, blaming Google for placing his photo in place of the actor John Grissom’s photo.

According to Heavy, the actor to whom Corey alluded is Grissom, who can be seen with an IMDb page that shows he appeared in two movies with Feldman, License to Drive and Dream a Little Dream. Dr. Oz told Feldman that he’d done his research to narrow down the people that Corey was accusing of sexually abusing him as a boy. According to Feldman, Corey’s best friend Corey Haim endured even worse abuse, as Feldman explained on Megyn Kelly Today.

Corey told Dr. Oz how frustrating it was to see Grissom flaunting photos of the duo on his MySpace page, with Dr. Oz showing photos to Feldman and asking him to confirm that Grissom was indeed the man he alleged abused him. The Dr. Oz show even displayed Feldman attempting to make a police report about his allegations, prior to the authorities telling Dr. Oz that the report could not be televised.

In the meantime, as Jon Grissom’s name continues to go viral — Heavy reports more than 230,000 views on their article about Jon, which contains photos of Grissom — the wrong photo of John is causing consternation for the Grissom who has been incorrectly pegged as Corey’s abuser. That Grissom blamed Google for mixing up his photo with Jon’s photos, writing on Facebook that he is not an actor. John also wrote that he has never even met Feldman, with Grissom reporting the mix-up to Google and YouTube.

Grissom was named for the first time by Feldman, after Corey called him “Ron Crimson” in his book, Coreyography, according to the New York Post, That book passage writes of a man who supplied Feldman with drugs and performed fellatio on Feldman afterward.
