Daniella Rodriguez Pictures: Carlos Correa’s Girlfriend, Beauty Pageant Winner, Goes Viral After W.S. Proposal
Daniella Rodriguez got a lot of attention after the World Series ended, and the girlfriend-turned-fiancé of Houston Astros star Carlos Correa is now going viral across the internet with pictures of the beauty queen appearing everywhere on social media.
Correa had one of the most heartwarming moments of Game 7 by getting down on one knee to propose to his girlfriend not long after leading his team to their first World Series title ever. The proposal was especially surprising given that it came mid-interview when Carlos called his girlfriend over to share the camera frame with him.
If it was a surprise to those watching at home, it was a shock to Daniella.
“He kept calling me to be next to him during an interview, which I really didn’t understand why cause it’s just a regular interview, so he’s like, ‘Just don’t leave, just don’t leave. Stay right there.’ So I was like, ‘OK,’ ” Daniella Rodriguez told the Associated Press.
The 23-year-old is not unfamiliar with the spotlight. Before she became known to the world as Carlos Correa’s fiancé, Daniella Rodriguez was the Miss Texas USA and served as Miss Teen Texas USA when she was 16 years old.
Those titles brought Daniella quite a bit of attention and a number of interviews about her upbringing. As Style Magazine noted, Daniella had some diverse interest and talents; including eating.
“The 19-year-old Daniella loves spending time with her family and friends. She sings and acts and has a passion for helping children with Down syndrome and that are autistic. She collects jewelry, rides four-wheelers, and jet skies. People might be the most surprised at how much she can eat. ‘”I can eat as much as my dad or a man,’ she laughed.”
As Rodriguez explained, she grew in Loredo, Texas, which is located right on the border with Mexico.
“I got the best of both worlds in living the American way but still getting the Mexican culture,” she said in a 2016 interview.
In the interview, Rodriguez shared one of her other favorite pastimes, which is going shooting with her family. Rodriguez said she grew up in a hunting family, but she didn’t have the patience to stay quiet in the forest, though she did fall in love with shooting guns.
Daniella is not the only one getting attention after her national television proposal. On the day after Game 7, there is also a focus on the huge engagement ring that Carlos Correa presented in front of millions of viewers.

It’s likely that Daniella Rodriguez will continue to enjoy more time in the spotlight. She has already started making the interview circuit after her World Series proposal, and her name and images are continuing to trend across social media the day after Carlos Correa’s big win.
