Taylor Swift Is About To Drop Her Fourth Single From ‘Reputation’ Tonight

Taylor Swift’s newest album, Reputation, is just days away from its release, but that hasn’t stopped the singer from dropping another single. Swift will officially release a fourth track from the album titled “Call It What You Want” tonight.

Over the last two months, Swift began teasing a new album and songs on her Instagram page. She started by confirming her sixth studio album would be released on November 10 and dropped “Look What You Made Me Do” just a few days after.

In September, she released the second single, “…Ready For It?,” which was later followed by the third single, “Gorgeous.”

This morning Swift teased the next big single from Reputation, “Call It What You Want.” The fourth song will be released at midnight on the East Coast, and the red-lipped singer even shared some lyrics from the new hit on her Instagram page.

The news of a fourth single came as a shock since it’s unusual for a singer to release so many tracks ahead of an album drop. “Shake It Off” was the only single released before her fifth studio album, 1989, was available for purchase.

Fans are already speculating who “Call It What You Want” is about, and the guessing game will go way into the early hours of Friday. Whenever Swift releases a new single, fans try to decode the meaning and its subject immediately, and the singer rarely confirms or denies the rumors.

“Look What You Made Me Do” is rumored to be about Kanye West, “…Ready For It?” is predicted to be about current beau Joe Alwyn, and “Gorgeous” has fans speculating it’s about Tom Hiddleston or Calvin Harris.

Swift will also be performing live the night before Reputation drops on ABC. Good Morning America confirmed the news, with the performance landing during Scandal specifically.

A teaser aired during Good Morning America this morning for the performance, showing the singer playing the piano and waves crashing along a rock wall.

Reputation will not be available for Grammy consideration, as cutoffs for the 60th Annual Grammys ended on September 31. The 27-year-old singer currently boasts 10 golden gramophones of her own and will likely add more to her collection in 2019.
