Kailyn Lowry Reacts To Farrah Abraham’s Firing: ‘It’s About Time’

Kailyn Lowry isn’t upset to see that Farrah Abraham has been cut from her role on Teen Mom OG.

Days after the controversial reality star confirmed she was fired in an Instagram post to her fans and followers, the Teen Mom 2 star and mother of three weighed in on the situation, telling Hollywood Life on October 31 that she was surprised to see MTV keeping Farrah Abraham around for as long as they did.

“It’s about time,” Kailyn Lowry told the outlet.

According to Hollywood Life, Farrah Abraham’s latest porn venture, a live web cam show, reportedly pushed Viacom, the owner of MTV, over the edge after they learned Abraham would be participating in a pay-per-view sex show on October 30. Although Abraham ultimately decided against doing the show, the arrangement allegedly cost Abraham her role on Teen Mom OG.

In her post to her fans and followers on Instagram, Farrah Abraham suggested it was her web show that resulted in her firing when she accused Viacom of “sex shaming” her. As for the company, they’ve stayed completely silent in regard to Abraham’s firing.

Kailyn Lowry has been vocal about her dislike of Farrah Abraham in the past and earlier this year, after she was accused on Twitter of acting like Farrah Abraham, she fired back, claiming that while everyone goes through hard times, she’s “never did porn.” She also took aim at her fellow Teen Mom star during an interview with Real Mr. Housewife on year ago, stating that Farrah Abraham was “doing pornos to stay relevant.”
