Is Gavin Rossdale Hoping To Beat Blake Shelton And Gwen Stefani Down The Aisle?
Since Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale split in 2015, the media has focused on Stefani’s relationship with Blake Shelton. Yet, that doesn’t mean Rossdale hasn’t found love himself. Is the Bush singer’s relationship with Sophia Thomalla serious enough that they will beat Shelton and Stefani down the aisle?
Rossdale, 52, and Thomalla, 27, looked to be in love when they stepped out last week with Rossdale’s three sons, Kingston, 11, Zuma, 9, and Apollo, 3. The tattooed actress even bonded with Apollo at one point in the family outing by picking him up and carrying him.
According to the Daily Mail, Rossdale and Thomalla started dating in March, but the couple didn’t appear in public together until July. At the beginning of the relationship, a source told The Sun that the two met on the touring scene and there was a lot of chemistry between them. The insider went on to say that the couple was having fun, but has the potential for things to get serious.
Before she started dating Gavin Rossdale, the German actress and model was married to Norwegian rocker Andy LePlegua from the band Icon of Coil. She also dated German rock star Till Lindemann from the band Rammstein.

After 14 years of marriage, Rossdale and Stefani divorced after she discovered he cheated with the family’s nanny. Besides the three sons he shares with his ex-wife, Rossdale is also the father of 28-year-old British model Daisy Lowe, who he had in his 20s with fashion designer Pearl Lowe. In 2004, he found out that he was Lowe’s father after a paternity test. Before finding out he was Lowe’s dad, he had been her godfather.
Cameras have caught Rossdale and Thomalla out and about twice in the past week, and the couple seems to be happy and strong. And, as Us Weekly reports, Shelton and Stefani are focused on having a baby and not getting married, so it is possible that Rossdale and Thomalla could beat them to the altar.

In addition to big things happening in his personal life, Rossdale has made some changes professionally. He had replaced Boy George as a judge on The Voice U.K. but recently left the show after it moved from BBC1 to ITV.
