Anna Faris was set to publish a chapter in her upcoming memoir about the work she and Chris Pratt put into making their high-profile marriage work.
But then the two decided to divorce, and now the chapter has reportedly been eliminated.
Faris and Pratt were seen by many as one of the strongest Hollywood couples, seemingly unfazed by the spotlight and committed to raising their young son together. That made their announcement that they were planning to divorce that much more shocking, and reportedly led Faris to make some late changes to her upcoming memoir.
According to the New York Post's Page Six, Anna Faris had already written a chapter in her memoir about how she and Chris Pratt would make time for each other during their busy shooting schedules, talking on the phone whenever they could to maintain their connection.
Chris Pratt still ended up writing the foreword to the book, which remained largely the same other than the elimination of the chapter about their marriage. Some of the present tense references to Chris Pratt were changed to past tense now that the couple is divorcing, Page Six report added.
Though Pratt and Faris have remained close as they co-parent their 5-year-old son, Jack, they are apparently not lingering on the failed marriage. A report from Hollywood Life claimed that Anna Faris is ready to get her love life started again and is moving along well in a new relationship with cinematographer Michael Barrett.
The report claimed that Anna was not looking for a relationship, but she started hanging out with Barrett and the two just clicked. The relationship is not too serious yet, though a source told the celebrity news outlet that the two are definitely more than just friends. Those who are interested in learning more about Anna Faris will be able to pick up her memoir, which was released this week. But they will not find too much about her divorce from Chris Pratt --- that is reportedly not included in any detail. There is also no mention of the rumors that Pratt was cheating on his wife with his Passengers co-star Jennifer Lawrence.
