Anna Faris Opens Up About Getting Plastic Surgery, Reveals Chris Pratt’s Reaction On Her Breast Implants

Anna Faris is not holding back in sharing some intriguing revelations about her personal life in Unqualified. The House Bunny actress made some shocking confessions in the book, including all the plastic surgeries she’s had in the past.

In her heavily-anticipated memoir, Faris opens up about her struggles with her physical appearance. Anna bluntly admits that the pressure of Hollywood and her insecurities played a huge role in her decision to go under the knife.

In the book, Chris Pratt’s ex-wife reveals that she has always felt self-conscious about her lips, breasts, weight, and hands. Apparently, the actress struggles with how she looks even as a famous celebrity.

“Even if I’m in hot pants and my hair and makeup are done and I’m playing a character who feels hot, I just can’t embrace it.”

Faris adds that her role in The House Bunny triggered her desire to have plastic surgery. Eventually, the 40-year-old comedian decided to get lip injections and breast augmentation.

At first, Anna got lip injections in her upper lip. When nobody seems to notice the difference, she decided to push for more.

“I started getting lip injections in my upper lip. I did it for a little bit and I noticed a small difference, but no one else ever said anything. I kept wondering if anybody else even noticed.”

However, Faris started to “wean” herself off after her friends told her that her lips were beginning to look too big. In the end, Anna considers getting lip injections a mistake, adding it was “definitely not the right choice for her.”

Despite her regret of enhancing her lips, the actress claims that getting breast implants is a different story. Anna first dished about her surgery on RuPaul’s podcast What’s The Tee, where she revealed that she went from a “negative A cup to a B.”

Faris also reveals that her then-husband Chris Pratt supported her desire to get breast implants, adding that he actually influenced her decision to go under the knife.

“He brought out something in me that made me want to be feminine in a very traditional way.”

Although Pratt expressed his support in getting implants, Faris reveals that he always lifts her self-esteem, especially when it comes to her insecurities.

In the end, Anna reiterates that her decision to get breast implants was solely for herself and not for fame.

In August, Anna Faris and Chris Pratt announced that they will legally end their eight years of marriage. Since the split, the ex-couple has been working hard to keep things as private as possible for the sake of their 5-year-old son, Jack.
