Meghan King Edmonds’ Real Housewives of Orange County co-star, Kelly Dodd, recently accused her of being a mistress to her now-husband Jim Edmonds prior to his divorce from second wife Allison Jayne Raski.
Earlier this week, Kelly Dodd appeared on E!’s The Daily Pop, where she suggested that Meghan King Edmonds and her husband were involved in an inappropriate relationship behind Allison Jayne Raski’s back. In response, Jim Edmonds contacted E! News to set the record straight and denied the claims of his controversial co-star.
“I think it’s ridiculous first of all and second of all, we have a family and to sit there and say that [Meghan] was my mistress is beyond crazy,” Jim Edmonds explained to the outlet on October 26.
As Jim Edmonds explained, he can no longer deal with Kelly Dodd’s lies and felt it was important to speak out and set her straight. He also said that he was fully convinced that his wife’s co-star and former friend completely made up the information she went public with and should be held accountable for her behavior.
“I just think that there should be repercussions,” Jim Edmonds added.
Meghan King Edmonds’ husband then took aim at Kelly Dodd’s own relationship, which is currently in the midst of a divorce. As he noted, Dodd’s relationship is a “disaster” and when it comes to his business with Meghan, he believes Dodd should avoid discussing them and focus solely on her own issues.
Meghan King Edmonds and Jim Edmonds tied the knot in 2014, just months after Jim parted ways with his second wife, Allison Jayne Raski. Two years later, after undergoing in-vitro fertilization, Edmonds became pregnant with her first child, daughter Aspen, who was the fifth child for Jim.
Jim Edmonds shares two children with his first wife, Lee Ann Horton, who passed away last year after battling cancer, and two other kids with second wife Allison Jayne Raski.
