Kyle Richards Is Leaving Beverly Hills, Quitting Her Role On Bravo After ‘RHOBH’ Season 8?

Kyle Richards appears to be saying goodbye to Beverly Hills, California after starring on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the past seven seasons.

As viewers prepare for the highly anticipated premiere of the upcoming eighth season of the show, news has hit the web revealing that Kyle Richards recently purchased a new home in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles for a whopping $8.2 million.

On October 26, All About the Real Housewives shared news of Kyle Richards’ new seven bedroom, eight bathroom home in Encino, California, which is located on the opposite side of the Hollywood Hills from Beverly Hills. According to the report, the gorgeous estate has been dubbed the Smokey Robinson Estate and was built in 1912.

“The estate contains a state-of-the-art kitchen, movie theatre, library, swimming pool, and multiple living spaces,” the outlet revealed to readers.

While many fans have grown concerned that Kyle Richards could be planning to leave The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after production on the eighth season is complete, the idea seems unlikely. After all, Richards and her family haven’t been living in Beverly Hills during the show. Instead, they currently reside in Bel Air, California and have for some time.
