Taylor Swift Look-Alike Turns Heads Online: See Her Impeccable Resemblance With The ‘Gorgeous’ Singer

A new Taylor Swift look-alike is quickly gaining attention online for her impeccable resemblance with the pop star. In fact, entertainment media has been dubbing her as Swift’s doppleganger, citing some of her selfies as proof that she can easily be mistaken as the “Gorgeous” singer at first glance.

Based on a report from E! News, British college student Laura Cadman have blown minds all over the Internet after she appeared in a number of pictures on her personal Instagram account sporting TayTay’s familiar red pouty lips and short blonde mane, causing people to think she is the 27-year-old pop star’s doppleganger.

Because of this, InStyle added Cadman to their “this person looks so much like a celebrity it’s insane” series, revealing that her winged liner as well as her love for cats and cozy sweaters topped the already long list similarities between her the singer.

Citing her Instagram post on October 8, the outlet admitted that they had to do a double-take to decide whether the woman holding a black cat in the photo was the Taylor Swift look-alike and not the pop star herself.

“Offended but also happy that Taylor is stalking/has noticed so many people #taylorswift @taylorswift #taylurking I’m so happy she’s finally properly on insta,” the 20-year-old British student wrote.

Based on her post, a lot of Swift’s fans have already noticed her resemblance with the “Look What You Made Me Do” songstress and not all of them had positive reactions. Of course, she is not letting that get in the way of her “fangirling” after learning that the 27-year-old pop star is officially on Instagram.

Digging deeper into the Taylor Swift look-alike’s background, Elle found out that she hailed from Newcastle and is actually a fan of the singer. Citing an interview with the Mirror, the outlet revealed how Cadman admitted to enjoying the attention she is getting for looking like the singer.

“So many people approached me and asked for pictures…. I took pictures with a bunch of people and they were so cute,” she revealed, recalling when she attended Swift’s 1989 World Tour in 2015.

Even so, some of TayTay’s fans were disappointed when they realized their mistake and even got mad at her for “tricking people” since she dressed up like the pop star at the time.

“[A fan] said she hated me because she thought I was Taylor, then heard me talk and realized I wasn’t her. She said that I shouldn’t do that because it was tricking people, but this confused me because everyone at the concert was dressed up as Tay.”

The Taylor Swift look-alike confessed that while she truly is a fan of the singer, she never intentionally imitated her looks, let alone try to trick people into thinking she is the celebrity.

“Nothing prompted me to have this look. I am naturally blond, reasonably tall, and reasonably slim. The rest of my ‘Taylor Swift look’ just consists of classic red lipstick and eyeliner, which I personally think is the most flattering makeup on me.”
