Laura Cadman: Taylor Swift Has A Hot Lookalike And She Loves Showing You Pictures Of Her Pouty Lips

Taylor Swift’s lookalike has her trademark blonde locks, slim frame, leggy look, and cat eye makeup. In fact, like many others, you may even think she’s the “Shake It Off” chart-topper if you bump into her in the supermarket.

Meet Taylor Swift’s “twin,” Laura Cadman, who loves channeling Taylor’s fashion and posting pictures of her pouty lips on Instagram.

A woman who is the spitting image of Taylor Swift has duped scores of people in England. According to Time, Cadman’s striking resemblance to the Reputation singer is not by design, but she’s enjoying the attention she’s getting from Swifties and others who admire Taylor.

Laura is a 20-year-old British student who attends an English university near her hometown of Newcastle. With her “chin-length hair, sweeping bangs,” and other Taylor-esque features, many have mistaken the lookalike for the American pop star, as the Mirror wrote.

Cadman, a self-described lover of cats, tea, and lipstick — not necessarily in that order — credits her love of music for creating the sudden buzz about her unintentional connection to Taylor Swift. As Cadman described, she has been part of Team Taylor for years; she attends her concerts and admires her music. But early on, her comparison to the singer was met with an alarming backlash, which left her confused.

Laura described a particular time, years ago, when she attended Taylor Swift’s 1989 World Tour. There, she found herself in the midst of a mad rush when some fans thought she was actually the singer. Things went haywire when one fan noticed Taylor’s lookalike and asked for a photograph with her.

Laura obliged her. Later, the fan learned that Cadman wasn’t Taylor Swift and chided her on social media for “tricking her,” as Laura explained.

“She said she hated me because she thought I was Taylor then heard me talk and realized I wasn’t her.

“She said that I shouldn’t do that because it was tricking people, but this confused me because everyone at the concert was dressed up as Tay. It’s what people do at her concerts.”

Cadman said that she took many pictures with other Swift fans at the concert, saying they were “so cute” and she didn’t mean any harm.

On her newfound celebrity as a Taylor Swift “twin,” Laura Cadman says the reactions are “unnerving” at times. As a fan, she understands the mania over Taylor and has learned to embrace the likeness to the singer. In addition to Swift’s music — while being an amateur fashion diva at heart — Laura enjoys channeling Taylor’s fashion choices.

It’s unclear if Laura has ever met Taylor Swift. For now, she is counting the days away until Tay’s new album hits stores.
