Briana DeJesus Wipes Her Social Media Accounts Clean: ‘Teen Mom 2’ Drama Too Much For Her?
Briana DeJesus may be new to the Teen Mom 2 family this year, but the young reality star is learning that things aren’t always easy in the public eye. Even though she may be feisty and have an attitude when it comes to the men in her life, as shown on MTV, she doesn’t hold back when it comes to her co-stars either. Just this week, she’s managed to get into an online fight with Leah Messer, spread reports about Chelsea DeBoer and Maci Bookout, and recently angered Kailyn Lowry for going public with Javi Marroquin. While she’s been using her social media accounts to fight back against rumors and accusations, it is also social media that has gotten her some heat from viewers.
According to her Twitter account, Briana DeJesus is now deleting her tweets. As of this writing, her account has been wiped clean, and fans can only see tweets from yesterday. In total, there are about 18 tweets. It’s the same on Instagram, as Briana’s official account with almost 500,000 followers is down to just one photo. On her Instagram account, Briana has chosen to share a photo of her oldest daughter Nova. It sounds like DeJesus is slowly deleting her content and perhaps stepping away from the drama.
She started deleting tweets after her online feud with Leah Messer just this weekend. They were both in Los Angeles to film the reunion special, but things got heated online after Briana called Leah for “fake.” The tweets Leah wrote to Briana are still on Messer’s timeline. Perhaps she can’t handle the drama that comes with being on a reality show, as fans will often share their opinions with these girls. Sometimes, these opinions can be harsh. Even though DeJesus has revealed that she’s not leaving Teen Mom 2, she may be taking advice from Jenelle Evans and distancing herself from Twitter and Instagram. She could also take Maci Bookout’s approach, which includes a small amount of activity and just a few sponsored posts once in a while.
