Teresa Giudice Vows To Stay With Joe, Reflects Time Apart Has Made Them Stronger

Teresa Giudice still sees husband Joe as part of her future, adding their time apart while he serves his prison sentence has only made them stronger.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey reality TV star recently told Extra all the speculation about the couple going their separate ways generated from her new Standing Strong book is off base.

“I really started getting angry and that’s when all my feelings came out,” Giudice said of some of the animosity she expressed for Joe in the book. “I feel like I missed out on those 11 and a half months that I was away that I should’ve been with my mom. I really open up in the book and writing the book was really therapeutic for me and so I got all my feelings out so now I feel like now I can move on.”

Giudice’s mom, Antonia Gorga, died soon after she was released from prison after serving 11 months on the same bank fraud charges that now have Joe behind bars.

With Joe now scheduled to be released in 2019, she said she’s now more convinced than ever their time apart will only make them stronger.

Meanwhile, several media outlets have reported Joe is busy on the inside doing all he can to prepare for that day.

TMZ has reported he is now pursuing his G.E.D. by balancing a course load of English, math, science, and social studies and is on a new diet that has already seen him lose 45 pounds.

“Yeah, he looks really, really good,” Teresa recently shared. “When you’re in there… you could either eat and get heavy and, like, gain a lot of weight, or you can work out… and look really good and get mind strong… that’s what he’s doing.”

Meanwhile, Teresa is keeping busy raising the couple’s four young daughters and predicting the new season of RHONY will be one of the best ever.

“You have five powerful women that you know… do build each other up… and then you know you’ll see what happens afterwards,” she said. “We were like Sex and the City, like supporting each other and then, you know, then we’ll get into the drama which you’ll see.”

Not long ago, Teresa took time to pay tribute to her mom on what would have been her 67th birthday.

People magazine reported the reality TV star spent much of the day posting tributes to her mom on social media.
