High School Track Coach Victimized Underage Boys While Intentionally Transmitting HIV To Some Of Them

A Maryland High School Track coach has been accused of doing the unthinkable to a large group of underage boys.

According to People, 30-year-old Waldorf, Maryland resident, Carlos Deangelo Bell, was arrested three months ago after it was alleged that he abused at least 10 male students. But more details on the 206-count indictment are coming to light and it turns out that Bell’s actions were far worse than anyone had originally thought.

The new indictment claims that Bell victimized at least 42 young boys aged 11-years-old to 17-years-old. Many incidents of the abuse by Bell were caught on camera while the indictment states that Bell repeatedly forced underage boys to perform sexual acts on him.

To make matters even more disturbing, it has also come to light that the former track coach attempted to transfer the horrible HIV virus onto some of his young victims. Luckily, none of the victims were affected in this way as they all tested negative for the virus, according to the indictment.

According to CNN, there are 28 identified victims as well as 14 unidentified victims in the indictment that was filed by the State’s Attorney for Charles County, Maryland. Some of the more disturbing charges against Bell include sex offenses against minors, recording child pornography, and sexual abuse and assault of an underage victim. The horrible abuse went on for over the span of two years, having occurred between May 2015 and June 2017.

The publication goes on to say that Bell worked with children very frequently, having served as an instructional assistant for Benjamin Stoddert Middle School as well as a track coach at La Plata High School. Prior to the charges, Bell had been working in Maryland schools since 2014.

The whole mess of charges against Bell began last November when a mother found inappropriate texts from Bell on her child’s phone, according to Fox News. After a search of his home was conducted, authorities found child pornography on his electronic devices.

Bell is currently being held in prison without bond as he awaits his January 8 trial. If he is convicted of the crimes listed, Bell could serve life in prison.

Do you think life in prison is a harsh enough punishment for this child abuser?
