A 46-Year-Old Man ‘Forcibly Raped’ His 63-Year-Old Mother During Fight Over Money, According To Court Document
A shocking rape case is getting big reactions on social media because the case involves a 46-year-old Cincinnati man who has been accused of forcibly raping his own 63-year-old mother. According to Cincinnati.com, the rape occurred in early March and was the result of an argument that the man and his mother had regarding money. The details of the case that has made its way to the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court describe a heinous scene, with court documents reporting that the man dragged his mother around the house while punching the woman in her face and body.
Due to the sensitive nature of the sexual assault, the rape victim is not being named in the press, nor is the alleged rapist, so as not to identify his mother. Jury selections occurred on Monday, and the opening statements in the trial are scheduled to start on Tuesday morning. As a result of the alleged attack and the forcible rape, the woman suffered several injuries, including broken vertebrae in her neck, bruises, cuts, and bite marks.
The bite marks appeared on her inner thighs and back. During the sexual assault, the woman ran away from her son without any clothes on. According to Assistant Prosecutor Anne Flanagan, the rape victim escaped naked to the home of a neighbor; however, her son was able to grab his mother and pull her back toward her home, throwing his mother “back over the fence” in the process.

Judge Charles Kubicki is presiding over the shocking case, which notes via court documents that the woman was able to contact authorities after her son fell asleep. After the 911 call, police discovered the rape victim’s sleeping son when they arrived at the scene of the alleged crime.
After waking, the man claimed he had no memory of any sexual assault and said he didn’t know how his mother got hurt. The alleged rapist is facing charges of kidnapping, rape, and felonious assault. After posting a $50,000 bond to get out of jail on March 8, the son returned to his mother’s house to try and get inside, but family members caring for her didn’t let him inside. Bond was then set at $500,000 on March 10, with the alleged rapist being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center since March 10.
