Kat Von D’s Restraining Order Against Creeper Fan Extended To Three Years

Celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D’s restraining order against an over-obsessed fan has been extended into a long-term one.

As we reportedly earlier this month, Von D filed a temporary restraining against a man named Michael Nunn after he reportedly started showing up at Kat’s LA home uninvited, calling her phone constantly and going to public events that she would be present at.

At one point, Nunn even tweeted Kat Von D’s phone number, along with the creepy message:

“@thekatvond cute how you use your friends ? I figure eventually the game will just end and then we can meet like normal adults”

According to Von D, Nunn had “delusional and paranoid tendencies, including the belief that the FBI is watching him.”

The original restraining order meant that Nunn had to stay 100 yards away from Kat. Today, however, Von D returned to court and was granted an extended order that increases the length of Nunn’s ban to three years and his contact barrier to 300 yards.

In addition to the physical contact barrier, Nunn has also been ordered to stop contacting Von D on the internet.

In happier news, Kat Von D recently accepted a marriage proposal from her on-again-off-again boyfriend Deadmau5 (Joel Zimmerman).

As we reported on Sunday, Deadmau5, 31, popped the question to the 30-year-old tattoo artist via Twitter and she said yes.

Von D then hopped on the web to share her excitement, tweeting:

“Mi corazon!!! Thank you all for the lovely congratulations! Please excuse me while I go squeeze the hell out of my fiancé!”
