Auntie And Niece Suing After Invasive Cavity Search [Video]

Two Texas women are preparing to sue the Texas Department of Public Safety after they were subjected to a humiliating and invasive ‘roadside body cavity search.’

The incident was captured on video, and features female trooper Kellie Helleson searching the private parts of Angel Dobbs, 38, and her niece, Ashley Dobbs, 24, all whilst passing cars parade past them in clear view.

Both women, who claim that the officer used the same rubber glove for each examination, were stopped by the Helleson’s colleague, David Farrell, as they drove down State Highway 161 near Irving. This was after they had been caught throwing a cigarette butt out of the window.

Despite not finding any evidence of the drug in the vehicle, Farrell questions the pair about marijuana, and then requests that the women are searched as they were ‘acting weird.’

Angel Dobbs passes a roadside sobriety test and was given warnings for littering after their private parts were vigorously searched. The law suit states, “Angel Dobbs was overwhelmed with emotion and a feeling of helplessness and reacted stating that Helleson had just violated her in a most horrific manner.”

Angel has stated that Helleson popped an anal cyst she suffers from during the search, and has thus provided her with a ‘severe and continuing pain and discomfort.’

Scott H. Palmer, the Dobbs’ lawyer also proclaimed that a video of the search, which you can view below, shows the assault clearly. “No one’s ever seen the likes of this,” he added. ” We can’t let them get away with it.”
