Will ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Be Cancelled If Todd Chrisley’s $75 Million Production Deal Goes Through?

With rumors abounding that Todd Chrisley is thisclose to signing a $75 million production deal, there are subsequent rumors that Chrisley Knows Best — the hit TV show on USA Networks that first put Todd Chrisley and his clan onto our TV screens and into our living rooms in the first place — will be cancelled, since after all, how can Todd do both at the same time? And with all the problems in his family, who can blame him if he takes Chrisley Knows Best off the air?

According to Celebrity Insider, one of the biggest reasons fans think Chrisley Knows Best isn’t going to be on the air for much longer is because USA Networks has not yet announced a sixth season of the show.

“Chrisley Knows Best has not been renewed for Season 6 by the USA network and that has fans freaking out. Todd Chrisley doesn’t seem to be bothered because rumor has it that the Chrisley patriarch may have another plan. It turns out that the self-made millionaire may have a major production deal in the works.”

And though Todd hasn’t confirmed whether or not he’ll take the deal — or even if the deal is real — there’s more than a few hints that the deal is going forward, in no small part thanks to Instagram posts made by Todd’s son, Chase — one of which you can see below.

There’s some speculation, of course, that Chrisley Knows Best will be incorporated into this $75 million deal, so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

For his part, according to Wonderwall, if this deal does, in fact, go through, it looks like the Chrisley Knows Best patriarch, his financial issues will definitely be a thing of the past.

It’s perhaps no secret that Todd Chrisley has had his fair share of financial troubles — so this infusion of money will put them all to rest.

“Todd filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection in August 2012 and documents showed outrageous spending and a tremendous amount of debt. At the time, his attorney said his finances became too precarious after a real estate deal gone bad. “He guaranteed a real estate development loan and it failed,” his attorney told People magazine. “He was on the hook for $30 million. If he hadn’t had that happen, he would have been fine, financially.”

For her part, Chrisley Knows Best scion Savannah Chrisley has been getting into the clothing game, ensuring her financial future as well.

In a previous report by the Inquisitr, it was revealed that Savannah’s clothing line, Faith Over Fear, is now being featured on HSN.

Fans are being very supportive of the young star, and they also seem very happy for her, which is a nice thing.

It sounds like the Chrisley Knows Best stars are securing their future one way or another.
