‘DOOL’ Spoilers: Marci Miller On Dario Gaslighting Abigail, Will Chad Come To The Rescue?
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the truth is going to come out. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Marci Miller discussed the storyline with Dario Hernandez (Jordi Vilasuso) and Abigail. When she confronts him about the truth, he will turn it around and gaslight her. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will find out about Dario’s scheme, but will he come to Abby’s rescue?

Next week on Days of Our Lives, spoilers tease that Abigail will ask Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) for help with the Dario situation. To her surprise, he pulls in Theo Carver (Kyler Pettis).
“At first, Abigail doesn’t want to involve Theo. Abigail is very protective of Theo. She knows that he is a kid. She cares very deeply for him.”
Andre reminds Abby that Theo knows how to hack into computer systems. The young man is more than happy to use his skills to assist Chad’s former wife. Even though Abigail is still hesitant, she finally allows Theo to help. At one point, while Theo is hacking into Dario’s computer, somebody comes in, and they are forced to hide. However, they are not caught and are able to continue looking into what Dario is really doing, which is money laundering.
“Abigail is livid by what Dario has been keeping from her. It makes her wonder what else Dario has been lying about.”
Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Abigail makes Theo swear he won’t tell Abe Carver (James Reynolds) anything about what is going on. Theo agrees not to tell his dad, but he didn’t say he wouldn’t tell somebody else. He goes to Chad DiMera and tells him the truth about Dario. He pleads with Chad to help Abby, so he meets with his ex-wife. However, she asks that Chad let her handle this on her own, and reluctantly, he agrees.
“Abigail knows that Chad and Dario don’t get along. I think she is concerned that Chad will obliterate Dario, that he wouldn’t take Dario’s well-being into consideration.”
Eventually, Abby will confront Dario, and he admits to everything. However, he ends up turning it around like it’s her fault. In psychology, this is called “gaslighting.”
“He really took advantage of Abby and put her – and Thomas – in a potentially dangerous position. That’s not cool with Abby, so she’s very upset. That [saying he did it for her] makes Abby even angrier. It’s almost like Dario is trying to turn it all around, and in a weird way, make it seem like this was Abby’s fault. She doesn’t want Dario to make it about her. It’s about the choices that he made, and the circumstances he has gotten himself into. He just dragged Abby along to make it seem better and more convenient.”
However, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Dario’s scheming is about to come to an abrupt end. Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) are investigating Dario. They obtain evidence, show up at the residence, and place Dario under arrest.
