‘Game Of Thrones’: Kit Harington’s Hilarious ‘Leaked’ Audition Tape Shown On Jimmy Kimmel [Watch]

Game of Thrones fever is taking over, and in less than a week, the first episode of the seventh season will be airing on HBO. On Monday, when Jimmy Kimmel announced that he had “the exclusive, never-before-seen Kit Harington screen tests” from GOT, fans got an unexpected treat unlike no other!

Harington, who plays beloved character Jon Snow, was not shown auditioning for the part that has earned him millions of fans around the world. Instead, Jimmy Kimmel showed the “screen tests” of the other roles, besides Jon Snow, that Harington did “audition” for. These included Cersei Lannister, Arya Stark, a White Walker, and even Harry Potter!

As Cersei Lannister, the role played by Lena Headey, he wore a tall, ornate blonde wig, with just a bit of his own dark curls jetting out at the neck, while holding a gold goblet. Kip used his sultry voice as he looked over his shoulder and teased the lines.

“In the Game of Thrones, you win or you die. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to have sex with my brother.”

Next, as Arya Stark, played by Maisie Williams, he walked onto the set on his knees and started his lines while wielding a wooden knife. He then fell over as he tried to rapidly walk on his knees.

Then, the actor donned a red wig and carried a bow and arrow. This was his “audition” for Ygrette, Jon Snow’s love interest, portrayed on Game of Thrones by Harington’s real-life girlfriend, Rose Leslie. Surely, the couple giggled over his impression of her catch-phrase, “You know nothing, Jon Snow,” before Harington playfully shot a play arrow at the camera.

Then, he wowed the crowd as Daenerys Targaryen, who is portrayed by Emelia Clarke on the show. Kit wore long blonde braids, and pouted “Why hello Khal Drogo, would you like to see my dragons?” and then promptly opened up his robe to huge laughter.

Harington portrayed a few more well-known characters from the show and then surprised all when his last audition was that of Harry Potter. Wearing a long brown robe, a red and yellow striped scarf around his neck, and the iconic round glasses characteristic of the title character invented by J.K. Rowling, Harington clearly had fun portraying Harry.

USA Today commented on how great the props were, but most notably, the joy that Harington obviously had portraying the characters he has been working with the past seven years.
