Angelina Jolie Reportedly Feels ‘Empowered’ Amid Pitt Split But ‘Crushed’ By Alleged Secret Romance End

Angelina Jolie has been scrutinized in the media spotlight ever since news of her split from Brad Pitt traveled around the world. Now, after months of headlines and rumors, Jolie reportedly is feeling “empowered” about her life. Moreover, she’s also opening up about her relationship with the six children that she and Pitt share, ranging in age from 15-year-old Maddox and 13-year-old Pax to 12-year-old Zahara, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, who just turned 11, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. However, the positive reports come amid a new allegation that Angelina’s alleged “secret romance” has reportedly ended and left her “crushed.”

Talking about the positive part of Jolie’s life, an insider told Hollywood Life that Angelina is experiencing “more freedom” since the split from Brad.

“[Angelina Jolie] feels stronger, more independent, and empowered.”

As for romance? Hollywood Life‘s source claims that Angelina isn’t rushing to “get into a serious relationship” with anyone new in the wake of her breakup from Pitt.

“This is her time to shine, and she’s loving it. Angelina is feeling more like her authentic self now than she has in years,” added the insider.

However, Yahoo offered a very different look at Jolie’s rumored love life since her breakup from Brad, telling readers that Angelina was “crushed” by the end of an alleged secret romance.

Yahoo reported that Jolie has succeeded in keeping her love life undercover since her split from Pitt, but that now she’s allegedly experiencing heartbreak.

“Angelina Jolie is suffering from a secret heartbreak.”

Following up on rumors earlier this year that Angelina had allegedly “moved on ” from Brad, the new report claims that “Ange’s secret romance has come to an end,” according to the insider quoted by Yahoo.

The end of the alleged secret romance between Jolie and her rumored English “mystery man” is being linked to the problems associated with long-distance romances. Angelina is currently based in Los Angeles with the six children that she and Pitt share. In contrast, Jolie’s alleged “mystery man” reportedly stayed in England.

It was that difference in their locations that allegedly caused issues for the rumored romantic relationship, claimed the source, who also said that Angelina had been “looking forward to a fresh start” with the children.

“With the long distance, it just sort of fizzled out… but Ange was devastated all the same…She’s crushed.”

Earlier this year, there were rumors that Jolie was even “ready to pack up her kids and move across the pond” to the alleged mystery man, according to Yahoo. The mystery man was described as “very tall, good-looking, an Oxford graduate with wealthy roots in oil and high tech” by Brangelina expert Ian Halperin, who alleged that Angelina was “very attracted to his brains.”

Now, however, that supposedly secret romance is reportedly over. However, there was no sign of heartbreak in Jolie’s recent interview that included an inside look at her life with six kids in Los Angeles. Instead, Angelina offered an adorable insight about the unusual freedom that she gives her children regarding a very intimate aspect of her life.

Although the choice of a fragrance usually is made based on personal preference, Jolie shared that she turns over the decision of what perfume to wear to her six children, reported Grazia.

“A woman’s perfume tells more about her than her handwriting,” Christian Dior once commented.

However, it may tell even more if a woman lets her youngsters choose her scent, as Jolie recently revealed in an interview.

“My kids get to choose my fragrance. They have an opinion on what mommy smells like.”

Angelina’s and Brad’s brood seems to have very sophisticated tastes when it comes to perfume, however.

“They like it when I wear Mon Guerlain Eau De Parfum,” said Jolie.
