Melania Trump experienced a frightening ordeal earlier today in Hamburg, Germany, when violent protestors prevented her from attending the G20 spouse’s event. The first lady didn’t allow that to ruin her evening, however. After she was given security clearance, Melania Trump popped in on Donald Trump’s meeting with Vladimir Putin and was later spotted out at the G20 Summit Concert.
The first lady channeled the 1920s by donning a knee-length white fringe frock (which can be viewed down the page). The fashion finders at White House Fashion report that Melania was wearing a white “Tiered Fringe Flapper” dress by Michael Kors. The piece retails for $2,995 and can be purchased from Neiman Marcus. At the time of this writing, Neiman’s website has the dress in stock. Per the website, the dress is sleeveless and comes with a high bateau neckline. It also has a center split and hidden zipper in the back.
Melania paired the white frock with white leather Louboutin heels, which have been identified as Christian Louboutins “Pigalle” pumps in Python White. Unfortunately, these shoes are not available for purchase as they have sold out. However, a similar style of Louboutins, which were first misidentified as Melania’s, can be purchased here. The Christian Louboutin “So Kate” patent leather pumps retail for $695 as well.
Melania Trump finished off her look with long, flowing waves and a deep side part that allowed her bangs to cascade over her left eye. The first lady opted, once again, to go jewelry-free and allowed her ensemble to speak for itself. She also decided against any other accessories, like belts or clutches. Judging from the photos, it looks as if Melania Trump opted to keep her makeup simple as well, with nude eyeshadow and lipstick or gloss.
