After nearly a year of absence from Instagram, Paul Walker's daughter has reemerged on the social media platform with a stunning new photo.
Prior to her most recent photo posted on Wednesday night, 18-year-old Meadow Walker hadn't made a post on Instagram since July 20, 2016 when she shared a beautiful throwback photo of her late father and her swimming together in a pool. In the caption of that photo, Meadow promoted The Paul Walker Foundation and a link to a contest to hang out on set of Fast & Furious 8.
In her most recent post on July 5, Meadow opted to leave the photo sans caption, letting the picture simply speak for itself. The teen can be seen with her hair down, makeup free, and sporting a form-fitting white tank top. She's smiling as she shields the sun from her eyes and she appears to be sitting outside an apartment or home as a bed is visible through the window behind her.
The new photo is getting all sorts of buzz from her allegiance of 1.3 million Instagram followers, who welcomed her back with open arms and made sure to comment on how beautiful Meadow looks.
"Beautiful just like your dad," one Instagrammer said.
"So good to see your new post! You're so beautiful as always," another fan chimed in.
"Hello angel. Sending love and light. Happy holidays!!" he said.
Meadow has only sporadically used her social media account, posting just six photos to her Instagram since she first opened the account back in 2014. Two photos on the account include a picture of her and her father, Paul, together and they are both promoting the Paul Walker Foundation.
On the Foundation's website, the home page features a black and white photo of Paul and Meadow together. The website explains that Meadow has started the Foundation to honor her father's unique spirits and spontaneous goodwill. She plans to use the platform to help ocean leaders fight to protect oceans, wildlife and ourselves.
Do you wish that Meadow would use her Instagram account more frequently? Especially to promote The Paul Walker Foundation?
