Blac Chyna Threatens Rob With Legal Action Over Revenge Porn
Things just got even uglier in the Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian feud, and it looks like lawyers may be getting involved.
Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Walter Mosley, told People that his client is currently exploring legal action against her ex in relation to the photos of her vagina, anus, and breasts he posted online.
According to a 2013 California law, posting “revenge porn” photos of an ex can result in up to six months in jail, though it is not likely Rob Kardashian would serve the time. However, there still may be legal action taken against him for his angry posts.
The reality TV star posted a series of photographs, which were graphic in nature, of his ex on his Instagram in order to reveal that he had paid $100,000 for her plastic surgeries. Since he posted these images without permission, his actions can be deemed illegal.
Some media outlets, however, have stated that Blac Chyna’s nude photos cannot be constituted as revenge porn because she “liked” the Instagram photos, but this seems like a stretch.
After posting the graphic pictures, Instagram terminated Rob Kardashian’s account, and he switched to Twitter to continue exposing the mother of his 8-month-old daughter, Dream. He also claims he is looking into gaining full custody of their child.
According to an attorney, who does not represent either Kardashian or Blac Chyna, Rob posting the private photos of his ex is a classic case of revenge porn. Carrie Goldberg, who runs C.A. Goldberg, PLLC, has stated that Rob has made this case very easy for a prosecuting attorney, who will very quickly be able to tell that he invaded his ex’s privacy. Goldberg says feeling wronged by someone does not substantiate posting of their nude photographs.
The pair’s heated exchange evidently began when Blac Chyna sent Rob a video of herself making out with another guy. This led Rob Kardashian to totally lose it and go off on her, exposing everything that apparently went wrong in the relationship and all of the times she cheated on him.
