Meghan King Edmonds And Jim Edmonds Sell Their OC Property For $3 Million

The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Meghan King Edmonds and her husband, Jimmy Edmonds, have been trying to sell their sprawling 5,534 square foot Newport Beach home for quite a while now. But the pair finally got lucky after they lowered the price by $400,000 and sold the home.

The property features 5.5 bathrooms and an ensuite master bedroom with its own private entrance. The beautiful home has been on the market for over a year, but it finally met its match with an unnamed buyer.

Meghan King Edmonds is one of the youngest members of the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County and recently gave birth to her first daughter, Aspen, through the help of IVF. Her journey was chronicled on the last season of the show, and her life as a new mother will unfold on the newest season of the show, set to premiere this month.

Jim Edmonds, who had a 17-year baseball career in the Major Leagues, splits his time between Orange County and the Midwest, though it is unknown why they continue to have a home in Southern California. It may be due, in part, to the fact that Meghan still wants to appear on the controversial television show, even though she has previously stated that she’s done with it.

Her husband remains partially in the Midwest due to his job as a sportscaster and analyst for Fox News Midwest. It is unknown how the pair will balance out the separation with Aspen, their daughter, as they have already faced strife in their marriage over it. Meghan was distraught last season when her mother was there instead of Jimmy, who was playing golf, as the baby was conceived and implanted into Meghan.

The pair’s marriage drama will likely play out over this new season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which already appears to explosive from the most recent preview.

Although the pair have had issues in their marriage, Meghan King Edmonds celebrated her husband’s birthday with an Instagram photo, dubbing him the “best thing to ever happen to her.”

It is unclear where the couple will head now that their home has been sold, but it’ll likely still be something pretty amazing.
