Rory McIlroy’s $10.9 Million Home Features Private Putting Green

Rory McIlroy is living like he’s the number one golfer in the world. The 23-year-old phenom recently dropped $10.9 million on a new home in Palm Beach that features its own putting green.

McIlroy, who took in more than $14 million from the PGA Tour and the European Tour, is also reportedly set to sign a $250 million contract with Nike. So spending $10.9 million on a new home won’t eat into his savings too much.

McIlroy’s new $10.9 million home is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private putting green, a gym, a pool and contains close to 10,000 square feet of living space.

Waterfront Properties said in a press release:

“Waterfront Properties and Club Communities welcomes McIlroy to northern Palm Beach County, which has several other Tour golfers who live in the region. McIlroy’s future digs are among an elite group of Intracoastal Waterway homes for sale, offering eastern exposure, deep-water dockage and an additional 5,000 square feet of exterior living space. Among its amenities are a wet bar, a fireplace, an elevator, a whirlpool spa in the master bathroom, a pool and spa in the backyard with a cabana bath area, and a covered patio.”

McIlroy’s putting green will give him a chance to casually work on his short game but the real advantage of McIlroy’s $10.9 million home is that it sits right next door to Jack Nicklaus’ The Bear Club Golf Course.
