Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz aren’t getting divorced.
Although the couple’s Vanderpump Rules co-star and friend, Jax Taylor, took to Twitter earlier this week to proclaim that Maloney and Schwartz’s marriage had come to an end after less than one year, Maloney has since taken to her own Twitter account to deny Taylor’s shocking claim.
“Fake news,” Katie Maloney wrote in response to an article about her possible split from Tom Schwartz.
Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz tied the knot during the finale episode of Vanderpump Rules Season 4, which was filmed in Northern California last August. As fans will recall, the couple faced drama in the months leading up to their outdoor ceremony but ultimately decided to go through with the wedding and have seemingly been doing great ever since.
That said, Jax Taylor sparked rumors of a possible split between the pair when he took to Twitter to proclaim that Schwartz had said, “f this,” and left. He then revealed that Schwartz had left town and traveled to a poker tournament.
“He is huge in Asia,” Katie Maloney joked to her fans and followers on June 15.
Katie Maloney also joked that Tom Schwartz had actually joined the circus after Jax Taylor told fans he was becoming a monk in Tibet.
Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are known for their frequent fights on Vanderpump Rules, but when it comes to the upcoming fifth season of Vanderpump Rules, they may showcase another side of their relationship; the married side. While fans saw the moments leading up to their wedding, they have yet to see them as a married couple.
As for what’s next for Katie Maloney and her husband, there may be kids in their future. During an interview with Cupid’s Pulse years ago, Maloney revealed that she was looking forward to starting a family with Tom Schwartz once they tied the knot.
To see more of Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz, and their co-stars, including Jax Taylor, Stassi Schroeder, and Tom Sandoval, don’t miss the upcoming sixth season of Vanderpump Rules, which will premiere sometime later this year on Bravo TV.
