When Jeremiah Raber of Return to Amish got married, the fans got to see it all go down on the show. Jim Kuhn was his best man during his wedding to Carmela, but things have taken a pretty negative turn now. Jim calls himself “Mr. Hollywood” on Facebook, and now he has posted Carmela Raber’s garter from her big wedding day on eBay to try and make a dime. He has started the bidding at $100 and states that he has included a picture from Jeremiah and Carmela that they signed. You can even do a Buy it Now price of $500 if you don’t want to bid on it.
The fact that he is including this picture makes everyone assume that Carmela and Jeremiah Raber are fine with him selling the item. It turns out that is not the case at all, though. Jeremiah went to his Facebook to share his thoughts. Jeremiah explained that instead of just giving it back to them, his best man Jim Kuhn decided to try to sell it and make some money off of it. Jeremiah even said, “He wasn’t there for the right reason. He was there because he knew it was being filmed.” He even listed the show on his IMDb profile. It sounds like things aren’t going well between these two anymore.
Carmela Raber is also very upset about the fact that her garter is listed on eBay. She shared on her Facebook fan page about her thoughts on this drama. She explained that Jeremiah truly thought this guy was a good friend, but now it doesn’t seem to be the case. Carmela said he is doing it to be “spiteful.” She is asking that people don’t buy this item because she would rather it be returned to them instead of being sold online. It is obvious that this was done without their permission and that they didn’t give him the autograph he is selling to be sold online either. No word on how he got it, though.
Are you shocked that Jeremiah Raber’s best man posted this garter for sale on eBay? Do you think that this was the wrong decision? Sound off in the comments section below. At this time, there is no word on if Return to Amish will be back for another season or not. Fans are hoping that it will return again.
