‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Renewed For Season 14 Despite Cancellation Rumors

Keeping Up with the Kardashians is officially returning for Season 14. The E! reality TV series, which features the lives of the Kardashian-Jenner family, will be back for yet another run on the network despite the cancellation rumors that have been swirling.

According to OK! Magazine, Keeping Up with the Kardashians had been struggling a bit in the ratings, but Kris Jenner’s feud with her ex Caitlyn Jenner seemed to renew viewers interest in the reality series, and fans will likely be seeing much more of the rocky relationship in the upcoming season.

Meanwhile, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 14 renewal comes just days after reports were flying that the show may be canceled due to the multiple family members wanting off the series. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, reports suggested that the family’s matriarch, Kris Jenner, was on the verge of a breakdown, and Kourtney and Khloe were willing to leave their reality TV days behind them for their mother’s well being. Jenner is allegedly said to be on medications to calm her nerves and for the depression she’s been feeling over the drama with Caitlyn.

However, the family’s most famous member, Kim Kardashian, reportedly had a big problem with quitting the reality series. Kim is allegedly dedicated to the show, and fears that if she is no longer on television, she will begin to become irrelevant in the eyes of Hollywood.

The rest of the Kardashian family was reportedly furious with Kim over her “selfish” behavior and were shocked that she wouldn’t put Kris’ needs ahead of her own fame.

“The rest of the family cannot believe how selfish Kim is acting especially seeing how fast her mom Kris is spiraling downwards! There’s dissension amongst them and those in favor of ending show, her sisters and Rob, are shocked at Kim’s behavior.”

Since Keeping Up with the Kardashians will seemingly be back for Season 14, fans are now wondering what storylines will be told in the upcoming episodes. Kris Jenner’s relationship with Caitlyn Jenner will likely take center stage as well as Kourtney Kardashian‘s new relationship with boyfriend Younes Bendjima, Kim’s decision about whether or not to have a third child, and Khloe’s romance with NBA player Tristan Thompson.
