Corinne Olympios Speaks Out Following ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Incident

Corinne Olympios has spoken out following an incident that occurred in Mexico while filming Bachelor In Paradise Season 4. The incident has not been fleshed out for all to understand just yet, but producers of the popular dating show have confirmed that they have stopped filming.

As of now, most people are only familiar with what they “think” happened in a swimming pool on the Bachelor In Paradise property. Everyone knows that something went down between Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson, but what actually happened is still unclear. There seems to be a lot of speculation as Olympios was said to be “black out drunk,” and Jackson is in the middle of this alleged sexual assault investigation.

According to the Los Angeles Times, a member of the production staff witnessed something go down that made him or her very uncomfortable. The next day, that staff member reportedly filed a “third party third-party complaint to Warner Bros., alleging workplace misconduct.” Olympios and Jackson were shown video of footage of their alleged pool encounter, and Olympios claimed that she remembered none of it. Further details of what might have gone on between the two have not been given. It has been reported that there wasn’t any sexual intercourse, but things got “raunchy.” Some new reports indicate that Corinne was completely unconscious at the time of the incident.

Olympios previously said that she obtained a lawyer, and now TMZ is reporting that she might be getting ready to file a serious lawsuit. She wasted no time getting attorney Marty Singer on board.

“I am a victim and have spent the last week trying to make sense of what happened on June 4. Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place, which I understand is why production on the show has now been suspended and a producer on the show has filed a complaint against the production. As a woman, this is my worst nightmare and it has now become my reality. As I pursue the details and facts surrounding that night and the immediate days after, I have retained a group of professionals to ensure that what happened on June 4 comes to light and I can continue my life, including hiring an attorney to obtain justice and seeking therapy to begin dealing with the physical and emotional trauma stemming from that evening,” Corinne told TMZ.

There have been several rumors about Bachelor In Paradise Season 4 being canceled, but producers have not confirmed or denied this one way or the other. Other contestants expecting to fly to Mexico for some fun in the sun and hoping to find love in a romantic setting have been in a holding pattern, waiting for the next move.

Meanwhile, Jackson and Olympios have been at the center of this scandal. Both have spoken out, but what they are saying isn’t really helping to connect the dots, so to speak.

What do you think went on between Corinne and DeMario? Do you think that Corinne will file a lawsuit? Do you think that Bachelor In Paradise will be canceled?
