‘BIP’ Insider Reveals That For Producers, It Was Like Working In Adult Film Industry

BIP producers are breathing a sigh of relief over the cancellation of Season 4, while Bachelor Nation is still stunned by the recent events. An insider of the show is talking and giving fans the scoop of what really goes on during the filming of BIP.

Radar Online recently spoke with an insider of Bachelor in Paradise. According to that source, all of the producers of the show felt that the work environment was inappropriate. Fans have seen drunken outbursts of cast members in the past. Producers called it what it was — a hostile work environment. But to make things even worse for the crew trying to do their job, there were blatant sexual acts taking place. BIP producers would see women touching men in their genital area or men exposing their genitals. The source said that it was degrading to both men and women the way the contestants acted, even using words like “raunchy” to describe their behavior. Sexual acts were the norm on the show, and at times, it was similar to a small orgy, with couples having sex out in the open.

At this time, none of the BIP producers or production assistants have filed a lawsuit, according to the inside source. They have filed complaints with ABC and Warner Bros., however. The networks are preparing for the possibility of future lawsuits over the sexually explicit and hostile work environment on the set of BIP.

According to the BIP inside source, DeMario Jackson was in the pool when Corinne Olympios came to him and jumped on his lap. They were joking around, and things were fine. Production was everywhere and filming. As things escalated between DeMario and Corinne, a “third party” spoke up about it being misconduct in the workplace. No details of the alleged incident were given, however.

The source said that Corinne had been called out by BIP production on several occasions for being involved in sexually provocative situations. Alcohol was not always involved either. It was just Corinne being controversial as she had been on The Bachelor with Nick Viall. After the reprimands and warnings, she claimed to be blackout drunk during the alleged misconduct with DeMario Jackson. The insider does say that production did not believe her story, however.

This is still an unfolding story with a lot more details to come to light. Check back with the Inquisitr for all the latest news as it becomes available.
