Elon Musk, Amber Heard Getting Serious: Is Marriage In The Cards For Tesla Founder And ‘Aquaman’ Star?

Elon Musk and Amber Heard recently made their relationship public after the latter posted a photo of them together on Instagram. And now, it looks like things are getting more serious between the two. Could wedding bells be ringing soon?

Dating rumors began in 2016 when Musk and Heard were dealing with their divorces. After they were finalized, the two have found their way to each other. Heard seemingly confirmed the relationship by posting on Instagram a photo of Musk with her lipstick mark on his cheek in April. Now, a source told People that the couple is “getting more serious.” The insider claimed that what the Tesla CEO and Aquaman actress have is “definitely not a casual relationship.”

The source also confirmed that the 45-year-old tech mogul is not seeing somebody else and remains captivated by Amber. He simply enjoys her company and she, on the other hand, also takes the time to be with his kids.

In May, Heard and Musk were spotted together in Australia, where she was filming Aquaman. The 31-year-old beauty visited the Sydney Opera House where she was seen playing with Elon’s sons, Damian, Saxon, Xavier, Kai, and Griffin. The kids were his children from his first ex-wife, Justine.

Musk finalized his divorce from second wife Talulah Riley in 2016. In the same year, Heard filed for divorce from her husband of 15 months, Johnny Depp and was finalized in January 2017 following a controversial breakup. As previously reported, Musk and Heard have known each other for years and kept in touch amid their respective divorces.

Musk has always fancied the actress and even set up to meet her that time when she was still with the Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them actor.

As detailed in the report by the Hollywood Reporter,Musk wrote an email to filmmaker Robert Rodriguez, saying he was interested in meeting Amber if there is an event where she’s also present. Musk and Heard appeared in Rodriguez’s Machete Kills where the former made a cameo.

Rodriguez did set up a meeting but Heard didn’t show up. Musk didn’t give up and he tried again, asking Rodriguez to let Amber know he’s not aiming to have a date but only wants to meet her because he knew then she’s in a committed relationship with Depp.

It looks like Musk’s efforts paid off because now he’s got the girl. As for talks of marriage, neither Amber nor Elon has made a comment but her father did. Talking to Grazia magazine, David Heard said that his daughter would “love to get married” to Elon Musk.

“Amber and Elon are both very serious about each other. She would love to get married. One of the things they want to do is settle down and have a family. They are making plans for that.”
