Amber Portwood and Matt Baier are currently facing speculations that their relationship is on the rocks, something the Teen Mom star finally clarified once and for all.
Portwood and Baier’s relationship has never been perfect. Of course, the couple won’t be a part of a reality TV series if their relationship is all cupcakes and rainbows.
Still, the amount of speculation about their struggles as a couple has become a plague in the worldwide web to the point that Amber has decided to set the record straight.
In an exclusive interview with E! News, Amber revealed the real score between her and Matt.
“We’re working things out,” she said.
“We’re working on our issues. That’s all that needs to be said.”
Based on what the outlet reported, Amber Portwood and Matt Baier are still living under one roof—a house which still bears both their names.
This clarification comes after the MTV star declared that she is no longer living with her fiance via live streaming on Instagram, as reported by Teen Mom Talk Now.
In the footage, which has since been removed from her Instagram account, Amber was asked whether she was still with Matt, to which she responded with an implied “No.”
“What do you think? Do you see him in my bed?”
Adding fuel to the fire, Radar Online reported on how the 27-year-old reality TV celebrity “dumped” her 46-year-old partner after an “explosive fight,” which was reportedly featured in a sneak peek of Teen Mom OG.

Based on the report, Amber Portwood and Matt Baier are already heading down the road where the formerly submissive lady is finally taking a stand against her fiance who has never been the ideal guy.
“I’m really sorry about last night. Do you forgive me?” Matt asked Amber who responded with a snap.
“You’re sorry every other f—–g week!”
Seemingly trying to appease his fiancée, Matt then queried whether she still wanted to get married. To that, the 27-year-old mother-of-one replied with a resounding “No.”
The exchanged went on with Matt ultimately being dumped by Amber.

Despite all this, however, fans are still speculating as Teen Mom Talk Now noted one Reddit user declaring that the deal is over between Amber Portwood and Matt Baier based on how the Instagram video went.
“She keeps answering questions and it sounds like he’s gone!!! ‘Do you want more kids? Yes, I just have to find the right guy.’ ‘Where’s your man? What man? I have no man.'”
Meanwhile, an insider reportedly close to the situation revealed to E! that the couple’s engagement has been on hold since May.
“For the time being, Matt and Amber’s engagement is on hold.”
“They are working on their relationship. A lot has come out through the course of filming and from various online stories. That has added extra pressure and made things difficult,” the source added.

Another explained that while the two had been honest and open about what they are both going through, the situation still became too difficult, especially after the heavy scrutiny that came their way.
Amber Portwood and Matt Baier’s relationship has proven time and again that being celebrities and sustaining a relationship can be taxing, something that leaves most relationships at the brink of its breaking point.
Still, Amber’s statement clarifying what really is happening between them—as short and brief as it may be—shows that even celebrities whose lives are broadcasted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, need to have some privacy, particularly during instances when a relationship is at risk.
Of course, being reality TV stars may blur the line between what’s permissible for public viewing and what can be kept behind doors.
