Stephen Baldwin Knows How To Take A Mugshot

The New York police department recently released a new promotional photo for Stephen Baldwin’s latest role: Inmate No. 64. Well, actually it’s the actor’s mugshot.

But as far as mugshots go it’s a pretty nice picture.

Baldwin was arrested earlier this week for tax evasion so money is definitely a little tight for the actor at the moment. Thankfully, Baldwin should be able to save a few pennies by sending his new mugshot out to casting directors.

Mugshots, especially celebrity mugshots, typically capture a person at a low point in their life. If you need proof, you can check out some of Linday Lohan’s most infamous looks. Now, Baldwin probably isn’t out celebrating his recent arrest but the actor has been in the business for a while and he knows that he has to look his best all the time.

So when the police camera came out yesterday Baldwin pouted his lips, put on his best Blue Steel, and took a mugshot that he can hang up on the mantel of his soon-to-be foreclosed on home.

Baldwin reportedly owes more than $300,000 in back taxes but Baldwin’s lawyer, Russell Yanwitt, said today that his client did not commit any crimes.

Yanwitt said:

“Mr. Baldwin did not commit any crimes, and he’s working with the district attorney’s office and the New York State Tax Department to resolve any differences.”

Hopefully Baldwin gets out of this legal mess and the only reminder that he has of the incident is one beautiful mugshot.
