Jenelle Evans’ Fiance, David Eason, Is Currently Facing Jail Time

Jenelle Evans can’t get enough of court, and it seems she and her fiance, David Eason, are heading back in order to keep him out of jail. For those who have followed Jenelle Evans on Teen Mom 2, the reality star just finished time in court in order to try and get primary custodianship of her own son, Jace.

David Eason faces up to 60 days in jail after violating a domestic violence protective order. While he has full custody of daughter, Maryssa, Eason has not seen his son, Kaden, for several months due to this order in place.

According to reports, David Eason ran into his ex-girlfriend, Olivia, and their son, Kaden, in a grocery store. He gave him a hug, which is against his orders. After giving him a hug, he was told to back away from his son, and it is reported that the boy’s grandmother and aunt became frightened of Eason and that he grabbed his son after he was already told to move away.

He will face a jury on August 7 to learn his ultimate fate.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are currently enjoying their time with Jenelle’s son Jace, after the exhausting custody battle Jenelle fought with her mother, Barbara.

“Blessed this day finally got to happen. Brought Jace to the place I’ve been wanting to for years. I’m so grateful and blessed my son can travel now and share the same experiences… starting now,” Jenelle wrote on an Instagram post featuring herself and Jace on horseback.

According to Jenelle Evans, who gave up custody of her eldest son several years ago because she was not ready to raise him, and instead needed to deal with her own substance abuse issues, now is the time for the pair to be reunited permanently.

She feels she and David are now settled down with their own property and children, and therefore she is responsible enough to have her son back. And while it may all look sunshine and rainbows via her Instagram, David Eason is not only facing court, but has previously spent time behind bars. The dad of three even shared a cell for a time with Jenelle Evans’ ex-husband, Courtland Rogers.

Although Jenelle Evans has three kids, she has expressed in a recent interview that she is done procreating.

“Life is pretty complicated at the moment, but I love it and wouldn’t trade my role as ‘mom.’ David and I talked about it one day recently and how complicated things can get with Kaiser and Ensley together. They remind us why we are done,” she told E! News.

The reality TV star has also gushed over David, despite her mother’s disproval of him.

“David is such a humble man and has never disrespected me. He can handle me so well. He treats my boys as if they were his own and that’s all I ever wanted for me and my family,” she gushed.

According to Jenelle Evans, he also helps with diaper duty and taking care of their daughter, Ensley, which not every guy she’s been with has stepped up to the plate to do.

Despite his shady past, Jenelle Evans firmly believes he is the one. He proposed to her earlier this year after the birth of their daughter, Ensley Jolie and the pair have said that they are planning a simple Southern wedding.

Jenelle Evans revealed to E! News that she has traveled to New York City to pick out the perfect dress for the occasion.

The pair have not announced the date they have set for their trip down the aisle, but a lot will likely depend on David staying out of jail.
