Shakira Shares Ultrasound Photos With Fans

Shakira’s ultrasound photos are now available to the world, thanks to her boyfriend’s WhoSay account. The singer revealed the personal photos of her soon-to-be baby boy.

Shakira’s boyfriend is the central defender for FC Barcelona, Gerard Pique, reports People. He posted the personal ultrasound photos to WhoSay with the caption, “His first pic! #excited #cute”

Neither the pop star or her boyfriend have been shy about documenting her pregnancy on social media, making her ultrasound photo unsurprising. Shakira posted a photo of the two relaxing and showing off her baby bump in November. The star wrote, “I could have another nine months like this.”

Despite her pregnancy, the singer hasn’t stopped performing, gracing the stage with her baby belly on display for fans. Shakira originally confirmed the news of her pregnancy in September when she confirmed the rumors on her official website, notes E! Online. The star wrote:

“Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days.”

The “Hips Don’t Lie” star began dating Gerard Pique last year following her split from long-time boyfriend Antonio de la Rua. De la Rua recently filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend, claiming that she failed to honor their business partnership after their romantic relationship ended. The lawsuit seeks $100 million in damages.

Along with sharing her ultrasound photo, Shakira previously announced the sex of her baby on television, declaring that she will give birth to a son.
