Tamra Judge Admits Joking About ‘RHOC’ Promo Shoot: Did Producers Boot Vicki Gunvalson To The Back?

Tamra Judge has been on The Real Housewives of Orange County for years, and she has shared the ups and downs of her life with her fans. Judge has also shared her thoughts about her friendship with Vicki Gunvalson, which has been rather rocky over the past couple of years. Tamra learned that Vicki had been lying to her and spreading rumors about her husband, Eddie Judge, behind her back while filming the show. This is something that will play out on The Real Housewives of Orange County when the new season starts next month. However, it sounds like Tamra may be dealing with other issues this year, as well, since she’s now in the middle of the promo shoot for the show.

According to a new tweet, Tamra Judge revealed that the seasonal promo picture for The Real Housewives of Orange County had become a running joke between the ladies. Usually, Bravo will put the lady in the front who is the center of all the drama. Over the past couple of years, Gunvalson has been trying to fix her friendships and clear her name after the Brooks Ayers cancer scandal, and this has become a huge storyline for the show. But this year, she was booted to the back, and Tamra is surprised to find herself in the front of the triangle that makes the promo photo setup.

“Vicki in #RHOC Season 11: “GET OFF MY SHOW!” Bravo in Season 12: Let’s put Tamra in the center…,” one person revealed on Twitter, while sharing the season 12 promo picture that has Tamra Judge in the center of the ladies, to which one person questioned, “I would LOVEEEEE to know how the producers/director/whoever tricked VG into holding the orange to the side.”

As it turns out, there is a method to the madness. Bravo takes plenty of pictures of the ladies to see which one is best. Then, they place the ladies in a perfect arrow, essentially making a triangular setup.

“They have us hold them in many different positions. We never know who’s in middle. I don’t even know how they pick who gets middle? #6Times,” Tamra Judge replied to the tweet, sharing that they all take many different pictures, and they never know who ends up being in the middle of the picture until the network releases it to the world.

It is an interesting theory that the producers decided to move Vicki to the back rather than in the front, as she has often called The Real Housewives of Orange County her show. Vicki has been on the show for years, and she is the longest-standing housewife, but one can imagine that the show would have been a success without Vicki being on it. However, Tamra reveals that she doesn’t take the order of the ladies seriously, as the promo picture is often a joke among the ladies.

“I remember Vanderpump saying she only gives the producers good takes when she’s facing the center during a Bravo special which seems smart,” one person revealed about Lisa Vanderpump, who has been on the front of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills promo shoot several times, to which Tamra Judge added, “It’s kind of a running joke with all us ladies.”

Both Tamra Judge and Vicki are returning to the show this season, and one can hope that they have worked out their issues. While Vicki really wants to be friends with the ladies, Tamra hinted that the door is forever closed after learning that Gunvalson had spread rumors about her husband possibly being gay.
