Prince Harry Missing Meghan Markle, Meghan More ‘In’ With Kate Middleton Than Harry And William’s Cousin

Meghan Markle is edging ever closer to a royal engagement ring from Prince Harry. Even Prince William and Prince Harry’s cousin and her rugby-star husband, Mike Tindall, are slipping backwards in royal stardom compared to Meghan Markle. Zara Phillips is Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter, but she didn’t receive an invitation to Pippa Middleton’s wedding.

The Sun wrote that Zara and Mike are expecting to meet Meghan soon, in another sign that a royal engagement between Meghan Markle and Prince Harry is imminent.

When Harry’s cousins meet his girlfriend, they’ll have to ask her for the inside scoop on Pippa Middleton’s wedding, since Zara and Tindall haven’t “been able to get the lowdown” on the wedding of the year yet.

Of course, Phillips, who is Princess Anne’s daughter, can remind Meghan that she was at Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding in 2011, but that doesn’t change the state of affairs now.

Kate Middleton and Prince William spent enough time with Meghan Markle for her to be a favorite with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, but when it comes to the royal cousins, they “don’t see them that much.”

That sounds like Meghan’s star is in the ascendant if she’s practically outranking someone who is born royal and closely related to the future king.

Unfortunately, not everyone has the same reasons for hoping that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry get engaged and married. One person is convinced that Meghan isn’t on good terms with Kate Middleton and wants to see what happens if Kate is forced to deal with Markle as a close family member.

Tindall appears to be pretty sure that the time will soon arrive when both Meghan and Kate are cousins-in-law to his wife, and he’s not too worried about how the senior royals get on. When he and Zara are finally introduced to Markle, he has a special request to make.

He’s hoping the Suits actress will set him up with a cameo appearance in Suits before it’s too late. He said that he’d be happy with an appearance as a “door bouncer or something” because he’s a huge fan of the show.

“A cameo in Suits is one thing I would ­definitely do. I’ll have to ask Meghan if she can get me in.”

The somber, sad face on Prince Harry as he arrived alone in Australia for the Invictus Games totally looks like Harry is missing Meghan. Harry gives every appearance of someone who is finding the long-distance romance tough to take. Twitter is showing plenty of support for the couple as engagement fever mounts.

The constant separations the couple have to endure because of their unofficial status and Markle’s career could be “beginning to weigh on the royal redhead more than he’d like to admit.” If Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are reaching the point where they don’t want to have to endure any more separations in their long-distance dating, then they will also have to decide if it’s time to take the next step.

According to OK Magazine, Harry appeared to be “depressingly distracted” as he arrived in Australia with his entourage. The outlet wrote that he “blended right in” with the serious staff and security as he walked with his “head downcast and frowning.” Unlike his security detail, who were entirely focused on the job, Harry’s mind “seemed to be totally elsewhere.”

It’s not surprising that the young royal might be distracted. He’s thinking about getting married, and that’s always a huge decision even if no one but a handful of friend and families care about it. But for Harry and Markle, half the world is waiting with baited breath for the official announcement from Buckingham Palace that His Royal Highness Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are engaged.
