Fergie Loves Her ‘Black Eyed Peas’ Brothers, But Do They Love Her Back?

The American rapper group The Black Eyed Peas has been making headlines about the departure of their featured female artist Fergie from their group. The fans have been very upset seeing that the group’s female vocalist has separated after a partnership of over 10 years. The rumors started when Fergie left Interscope records in order to pursue a new deal with BMG. This deal has been seen as an initiation for the second installment of Fergie’s debut album The Dutchess. After this announcement, The Black Eyed Peas’ member Taboo unfollowed Fergie after posting the tweet showing a picture of the bandmates without Fergie.

Will.i.am and the other members of The Black Eyed Peas had been expected to perform at the “One Love Manchester” concert. Fergie was missing from this concert organized by Ariana Grande. “One Love Manchester” was a benefit concert organized by Ariana Grande after the tragic terrorist attack at her concert on May 22 in Manchester. This concert aimed to pay honor to the victims and raised over 9 million pounds in donations. It was a star-studded event with Miley Cyrus, Pharrell Williams, The Black Eyed Peas, Liam Gallagher and Coldplay.

The Black Eyed Peas also performed at the UEFA Champions League soccer final on June 3 at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales. They hit the stage in the opening ceremony to wow the crowd with their performance. The members i.e., Will.i.am, Apl.de.ap, and Taboo took over the field for the finale between Real Madrid and Juventus. Fergie was again missed in this performance and the news of her break with the band got strengthened again.

During an interview, Will.i.am told Ahan! magazine the following.

“Since the beginning of Black Eyed Peas, we’ve always had amazing vocalists that appeared on the mic with us. People like Macy Gray, Esthero, Debi Nova, Fergie. On Elephunk, there were several females that appeared on that album.”

The fans cannot forget the internationally successful music pieces of The Black Eyed Peas which included Fergie like the album Elephunk and the song “Where Is The Love.”

After the upsurge of The Black Eyed Peas fans, both Fergie and Will.i.am denied her resignation from the band. Will.i.am’s tweet said all these rumors about her leaving are lies as the singer is currently focusing on her own album, and the band is focusing on Masters of the Sun. This does not mean at all that Fergie is out of the group. This is what Will.i.am tweeted:

Fergie’s spokesperson also told Billboard magazine that she has an enormous amount of love for her brothers and is still a member of this band. Fergie tweeted in support.

The singer did not confirm on Twitter that she is still a member of the band, but the love that the band shares with each other even if there is a separation is quite evident.

This left fans with sighs of relief but Fergie was seen spending family time in LA with her husband Josh Duhamel and their 3-year-old son Axl. The lovely family was going to church, and the 44-year-old singer seemed to be having no regrets about missing those world class performances.

The singer has been busy with her solo studio album Double Duchess, and all the sources from The Black Eyed Peas have confirmed that the Elephunk singer is here to stay.
