Mariah Carey, Bryan Tanaka Back Together? Diva’s Crazy Rider Requests Revealed

Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka have been spotted getting cozy early this week, fueling rumors that the couple seemed to have rekindled their romance. A new report also claimed that the singer is “pressuring” her boyfriend to propose now that they’re back together.

According to People, Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka were seen leaving Mastro’s Steakhouse together holding hands. Mariah and Bryan reportedly had on a “loving grin” on their faces, making fans wonder if the two are back together again.

Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka started dating a couple of months after the diva ended her engagement with James Packer back in October. Since getting together, Mariah and Bryan have been spotted going on trips all around the world. However, after only five months of dating, the couple decided to go on their separate ways.

But it seems that Mariah and Bryan are back together again. Last month, the “Heartbreaker” singer posted a photo of her and her former beau on Instagram with the caption “FBF,” for Flashback Friday. Interestingly, hours later they were then photographed cozying up and kissing on a romantic date. Mariah and Bryan have also been photographed heading to a romantic holiday getaway last week.

Insiders close to Mariah Carey told Radar Online that the diva has been pressuring her boyfriend to propose now that they’re back together.

“She’s got it bad for him,” the source said.

In other news, Mariah Carey’s diva attitude allegedly caused a problem on set of the Will Ferrell-Amy Poehler comedy The House. During an appearance on SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio, The House star Rob Huebel called Mariah Carey out for acting bananas on set.

“We did some reshoots with a pop star named Mariah Carey. It did not go well. F**king what is going on with her? It was bananas,” he recounted.

According to Huebel, Carey showed up on the set of The House four hours late. Making matters worse, the diva allegedly requested that her trailer get filled with all white roses along with “lamb” stuffed animals, on account of Carey’s fans being called “lambs.”

Carey reportedly was cast to play herself in a cameo and was tasked to sing this one song then her character will get shot. Huebel recounted how Carey refused to sing the song and didn’t agree with the direction her character was heading. At one point, the singer allegedly wanted her character to deflect the bullets, a la Wonder Woman, thinking that she should not be able to die that easily. The House producers were clearly not amused with Carey’s request.

“They were like, ‘Mariah, we don’t have time for [this]. You’re getting paid so much money. We have you for one day. We don’t have time to argue with you. Just do it.’ She just didn’t want to do what they wanted her to do,” Hueber shared.

When asked if Mariah Carey still ended up being part of the film, Rob Huebel admitted that he was unsure.

“Just know, if you see her, they had to work for it,” he said.

Fans of Mariah Carey might not be too surprised with news of her diva behavior. As Huffington Post pointed out, Carey has earned quite a reputation over the years. In 2012, Complex ranked the “Obsessed” singer No. 1 on its list of the craziest tour riders. At one point, Carey reportedly requested for 20 kittens and 100 doves for a Christmas special in England. Insiders revealed that they were able to source the doves but getting 20 kittens proved to be a “terribly difficult” request to fulfill. Ultimately, Carey’s wishes had to be turned down to health and safety concerns.

According to Complex, Mariah Carey would also allegedly request for a Rolls-Royce, a pink carpet, pink podium, confetti shaped as butterflies, 80 security guards, and 15 person entourage.
