Week Six NFL Power Rankings

As we head into week six we have a pretty good idea of what is what, and while there are still a few comers, several NFL teams have already had their seasons come to an end. While we await Head Coaches about to get fired here is the Week Six Power Rankings:

1. Indianapolis Colts- The have a bye than a meeting with the Rams, two off weeks in a row

2. New York Giants- Big test against the Saints

3. New Orleans Saints- They have the Giants, and must win to prove they are elite

4. Minnesota Vikings- Peterson no longer must carry this team with his legs

5. Philadelphia Eagles- Donovan is back, and looks motivated

6. New York Jets- How much better is this team with Braylon Edwards?

7. Atlanta Falcons- They put a whipping on the 49ers, and face Chicago

8. Cincinnati Bengals- They can win the close games

9. Denver Broncos- for how long can they keep winning?

10. New England Patriots- losing to the Broncos was tough, but now they get the hapless Titans

11. Chicago Bears- Jay Cutler will be tested over the next two games

12. Green Bay Packers- They must now play to their potential

13. Baltimore Ravens- Trending down, after a fast start

14. Pittsburgh Steelers- They almost lost at the Lions, next up Cleveland

15. Dallas Cowboys- Miles Austin is a great player, but this is a bad team

16. San Diego Chargers- They got called out by their GM; big changes may be on the way

17. San Francisco 49ers- they are at their bye, but have played very well

18. Miami Dolphins- They can make the Wild Cat work

19. Seattle Seahawks- Hasselback is the key for this team

20. Arizona Cardinals- The NFC west is up for grabs, must beat the Seahawks

21. Jacksonville Jaguars- They have lots of issues on the field and off

22. Houston Texans- Playoff teams must win close games, so far they cannot

23. Carolina Panthers- They need some wins, before a tough November schedule

24. Detroit Lions- a bad team, on the right path to improving

25. Washington Redskins- Jim Zorn was the wrong choice

26. Cleveland Browns- This is a bad team, even with a win

27. Buffalo Bills- Trent Edward is not the answer, maybe he should go to the UFL

28. Tennessee Titans- No turnaround in sight, in fact they may be getting worse

29. Oakland Raiders- Coach headed to jail, Russell is not the answer

30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Few bright spots beyond Josh Johnson

31. Kansas City Chiefs- They must continue to improve the offense like they did in week five

32. St. Louis Rams- Could they go 0-16, it sure looks like it
