Victoria’s Secret Super Models Before They Had Stylists And Fame


Victoria’s Secret lingerie fashion show was quite a hit when it aired Tuesday night. Before they became some of the most well-known faces in the modeling world, they were once just regular girls. Snakkle staffers spent hours tracking down “before” photos of the Victoria’s Secret models to share what the women looked like before the fame and stylists.

Some of the Victoria’s Secret supermodels may have gained notoriety as runway stars but have gone onto careers in both acting and producing, according to Fox News.

Heidi Klum was the first German model to become a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 1997. After becoming one of the faces of the popular lingerie chain at 24, she went on to become a successful businesswoman, television producer, sometimes actress, and fashion designer.

Tyra Banks was the first black woman to grace both the covers of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and GQ. The Victoria’s Secret model went on to become a daytime talk show host, createdthe America’s Next Top Model television show, and recently published the novel, Modelland.

Cindy Crawford shatters the stereotype that models are not intelligent. Before the cat walk became her second home, Crawford she was the valedictorian of her high school graduating class and studied chemical engineering at Northwestern University. Cindy Crawford ranked twenty-fourth on the Top 50 Favorite Victoria’s Secret models list.

Brooklyn Decker is both a popular Victoria’s Secret Angel and an actress. She stared in Battleship, What to Expect When You’re Expecting, and Just Go With It. Decker is married to tennis star Andy Roddick.
