Amazon Prime Video June 2017: New Releases

June of 2017 is right around the corner, and anyone with an Amazon Prime membership knows that means a whole new cluster of movies, TV shows, and Amazon Originals are slated to be added to the streaming library. According to CNET, some of the more noteworthy movies being added to the Prime Video Now library include Apocalypse Now, Star Trek Beyond, Aeon Flux, and Magnolia.

Metro claims that those who have put Amazon Prime Video Now in a corner and focused all of their attention on Netflix may want to give the streaming giant a chance this month. The media outlet acknowledged that while Netflix does have a pretty good release lineup for June of 2017, the lineup Amazon Prime is offering next month might just be “even better.” Metro also argues that Amazon Prime tends to offer a better selection of classic movies than Netflix does.
