Kylie Jenner Makeup: New ‘Koko Kollection’ Launching May 31
Kylie Jenner’s makeup line is expanding once more; this time with the help of one of her older sisters. Although Khloe Kardashian has teamed up with Kylie Cosmetics in the past with a few Koko-inspired lip colors, this release is a bit more intense (read awesome), and Kardashian-Jenner fans could not be more excited! The “Kollection” is made up of four new lip colors and a face palette. The slogan for the new products is, “In love with the Koko.”
Jenner announced the new products on Thursday, posting them on her social media accounts. Those that follow the reality star on Snapchat were able to see a sneak peek of the new Koko Kollection by watching Jenner’s Snapstory. She has shown videos of each of the new lip products and used the two highlighters (from what it appears) to show fans what the colors look like when applied.
The new Liquid Lip Kollection features four new colors. They include Sugar Plum, a glittery golden nude; Doll, a burnt orange matte; Bunny, a perfect mauve, and Baby Girl, a bright coral. It does appear that all four lip colors dry to a matte finish, which is Kylie’s specialty. Her first-ever lip kits were matte, which was really how she got started.
In addition to the new lipsticks, the Koko Kollection will also offer a contouring palette. It consists of blush, two highlighters, and a bronzer. The highlighter colors are Troop Beverly Hills and 90210. One is a lighter color, perfect for highlighting the nose and forehead while the other appears more shimmery, which is nice to accentuate the cheekbones.
Jenner had great success when she collaborated with Khloe previously. The sisters released four lip colors that did extremely well on the day they launched. Gorg, Damn Gina, Okurrr, and Khlo$ were released in a set of four and sold out the first time they were listed on the Kylie Cosmetics website. The items, packaged in sheer tubes with gold accents, are currently available as singles, priced at $17 each.
Following that success, Kylie teamed up with her other sister, Kim Kardashian, to release four additional lip colors. KKW X KYLIE consisted of four of the “perfect nudes.” The set included Kiki, a pinky nude; Kim, a peachy nude, Kimmie, a deep nude, and Kimberly, a “true” nude. The creme liquid lipsticks were packaged in a sheer tube with matte pink accents.
The announcement of the Koko Kollection comes just days after Kylie released three new matte lip kits for her collection. Strawberry Cream, Grape Soda, and Poison Berry are shown in the photo below.
The Koko Kollection from Kylie Cosmetics will be available for purchase on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. Pacific. A price for the items has not yet been revealed.

Since launching Kylie Cosmetics, the youngest Jenner and her team have released several makeup items including lip kits, eyeliners, eye shadow palettes, highlighters, and blushes. It looks like Kylie isn’t remotely done expanding her brand, which is super successful.
