Gwen Stefani Is Not Pregnant With Blake Shelton’s Baby [Debunked]

Although a recent report claims the 47-year-old singer is expecting a miracle baby with boyfriend Blake Shelton, Gossip Cop has confirmed the latest pregnancy rumor is false.
“Blake & Gwen: Miracle Baby At 47!” proclaims the latest Star magazine cover. “She’s Leaving The Voice For A Year!”
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton recently starred alongside one another in The Voice Season 12 but when it comes to Season 13, Stefani will not be a part of the cast. Instead, Shelton and returning coaches Adam Levine and Miley Cyrus will be joined by new coach Jennifer Hudson.
While Gwen Stefani won’t be returning to The Voice for at least a year, the rest of Star magazine’s article is false.
“We want a little girl,” Shelton was quoted as saying.
In addition to Star magazine’s claims about Gwen Stefani’s alleged pregnancy, the outlet also proclaimed she and Blake Shelton were allegedly planning to get married in a secret wedding in June.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been dating since late 2015. As fans will recall, the singers and Voice co-stars went public with their romance during a Country Music Awards after party in November 2015 after splitting from their former spouses, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, respectively, months prior.
According to Star magazine’s article, a rumored eyewitness said Shelton was “beaming, looking very much like a proud papa” while celebrating Mother’s Day weekend with Gwen Stefani in Los Angeles earlier this month. The outlet also claimed the couple’s “special celebration” wasn’t actually for the Mother’s Day holiday. Instead, they suggested, Stefani and Shelton were celebrating her alleged pregnancy.
“I heard she was beside herself when she found out at a recent doctor’s appointment,” a reported insider claimed to the magazine, adding that Stefani allegedly “broke the news” to Shelton during a “quiet evening together at home.”
While Blake Shelton doesn’t yet have any children of his own, his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, shares three sons with ex-husand Gavin Rossdale, 10-year-old Kingston, eight-year-old Zuma, and three-year-old Apollo.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton “knew that conceiving” a child together was going to be a “challenge,” the Star insider continued, and were reportedly “considering IVF.” However, their pregnancy “happened the natural way,” the insider added.
“[Gwen Stefani] reportedly has had a couple of false alarms while trying to get pregnant with Blake,” the supposed source added.
In response to the report, a source close to Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton asked, “At what point do people stop believing the constant barrage of lies?”
Gwen Stefani’s rep also spoke to Gossip Cop and confirmed the Star report was untrue.
While Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton aren’t yet engaged or pregnant, a source last year told People magazine that an engagement could come at any moment.
“They are not engaged yet,” a source close to Gwen Stefani told the magazine. “Everyone is expecting it to happen at some point, though… It seems the timing [for an engagement] just hasn’t been right, but Gwen is very, very happy with Blake. She always acts giddy when she talks about Blake.”
“There are no immediate plans for their future, but it’s a serious relationship,” the source added.
“[Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s] relationship is almost too good to be true,” the Stefani source continued. “They are very much alike and really have a very special relationship. All the things that need to work out for two people to merge lives have worked out.”
