Farrah Abraham’s Daughter Has A New Show, And Fans Aren’t Happy

Farrah Abraham’s daughter, Sophia Abraham, is starring in a new show, Sophia Says, on YouTube, and fans aren’t happy about it.

After the Teen Mom OG star had shared a post about the series and its many episodes on her Instagram page, she was faced with a backlash from her fans and followers, who called her out for being narcissistic and said they felt sorry for the child.

“Sooooo Excited! I hope all of our kiddos & parents love [Sophia Says],” Farrah Abraham wrote in her announcement on May 22, adding that her daughter’s new show airs on YouTube every Monday night.

After her announcement had been shared, several fans called out Farrah Abraham for having her daughter embark on a career at such a young age. Others noted that Sophia should be focused on being a kid and her schooling.

“Most responsible parents don’t let there young children on YouTube,” one person said.

Farrah Abraham was even called out for allegedly failing to groom her daughter. As several commenters mentioned, Sophia’s hair often looks unmanaged and unbrushed while Farrah Abraham typically appears to be quite made up, with her hair done and makeup on.

In addition to comments about Sophia’s appearance and her new show, Farrah Abraham also came under fire for failing to use the correct spelling of “aquarium” in the flyer seen below.

As fans launched attacks at Farrah Abraham for reportedly failing to brush her daughter’s hair, others pointed out that Sophia’s looks don’t need to be a priority. As many explained, the child should be able to enjoy her youth without the constant stress of having to look picture-perfect at all times.

Prior to facing backlash for Sophia’s allegedly unkempt appearance, Farrah Abraham came under fire for allowing the child to wear makeup to school. As fans may recall, the reality star appeared on the Allegedly podcast with hosts Theo Von and Matthew Cole last August and explained that she had received a call from Sophia’s school about the issue.

“When your kids are 5 or 6 they already start playing with makeup,” Abraham said, via Us Weekly, “and I was the only mother in freakin’ elementary school getting called in to deal with makeup on her daughter.”

“So I said to them — and I proved my point because then the principal switched schools — I go, ‘Well then you should take off your makeup. If you don’t want little girls coming to school with makeup then don’t wear makeup,'” she continued. “And then ever since I’ve seen that principal she hasn’t had makeup on her face.”

“There’s bigger things to worry about than makeup,” Farrah Abraham added.

Around the same time, as Us Weekly revealed, Farrah Abraham was blasted by her social media followers after sharing a photo of her daughter posing suggestively in a swimming pool. As the magazine revealed, Sophia was seen in a bikini and dark eye makeup as she gazed into the camera for what many deemed to be a completely inappropriate photo shoot for someone her age.

While Farrah Abraham frequently faces a backlash from fans in regard to her parenting and treatment of her Teen Mom OG co-stars, including Catelynn Lowell, Amber Portwood, and Maci Bookout, she rarely responds to any of it. Instead, she continues to live as she pleases while making no apologies to anyone.
