Angelina Jolie’s Children Will Soon Be Living Just Minutes Away From Brad Pitt In Los Feliz, Photo Reveals

Angelina Jolie’s children will soon be in proximity to both of their parents.

As Angelina Jolie’s divorce and custody battle with Brad Pitt continues, photos have surfaced of her new home, which is located just minutes away from her former marital home with Pitt in Los Feliz, California.

On May 24, the Daily Mail shared an overhead photo of the two homes and revealed Jolie and Pitt’s houses were about five minutes away from one another.

The Observer revealed Angelina Jolie had made an offer on the historic Cecile B. DeMille estate last month and according to the Daily Mail, she and her six children, 15-year-old Maddox, 13-year-old Pax, 12-year-old Zahara, 10-year-old Shiloh, and eight-year-old Vivienne and Knox, have now moved into home.

“[Angelina Jolie] and her children moved into the sprawling 7,500 square foot home on Thursday, while [Brad Pitt] remains in the family’s original house only a few blocks away,” the Daily Mail told readers, adding that Jolie reportedly purchased the 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home for $25 million.

During an interview with GQ Style magazine weeks ago, Pitt admitted that after splitting from Angelina Jolie and his kids in September, he spent some time away from their former marital home in Los Feliz, which he noted as the kids’ first childhood home.

“It was too sad to be here at first, so I went and stayed on a friend’s floor, a little bungalow in Santa Monica,” he said. “This house was always chaotic and crazy, voices and bangs coming from everywhere, and then, as you see, there are days like this: very… very solemn.”

Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt in September of last year after two years of marriage and quickly relocated her and her kids from Los Feliz to Malibu, where she rented a home on the beach. A short time later, a source spoke out, claiming Jolie and Pitt’s six kids were feeling homesick for their childhood abode.

“Angelina Jolie has been struggling with keeping the kids happy,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “It’s been weeks since the kids moved out of their home and they are getting homesick. The children are sad, miss the huge house they grew up in, and have been complaining to Angelina that they want to go home. The older children are not happy with the situation while the younger kids are having trouble understanding why they can’t just go home.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were only married for two years when they split, but they’d been together for about twelve total years and shared numerous homes around the globe, including a chateau in France, a house in New Orleans, and an apartment in New York City.

Despite their many homes, the Hollywood Life source said Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s kids always felt most at home in Los Angeles.

“The Los Feliz home has been where the kids have spent most of their time growing up,” the insider explained. “Brad has built a huge skate ramp for the kids on the property and they all have their own rooms there too. They may have lots of houses but the Los Feliz house has always been home.”

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s split was initially quite rocky. As fans will recall, rumors of child abuse and possible cheating flooded the web after their separation, but now, months later, the couple appear to be in a much better place as they continue to keep their kid’s best interest in mind.

While Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have not been seen together publicly in the months since their split, they could soon come together in honor of their daughter Shiloh’s 11th birthday on Thursday.
